The Role

Sinclair is currently recruiting for 2 Maintenance Engineers at their Almere production site.
The Maintenance Engineer will be part of the Maintenance Team and support the increasing demand for production and automation by introducing new production lines and maintaining existing ones. The Maintenance Engineer is primarily responsible for keeping equipment and systems operational.
The Maintenance Engineer is the Subject Matter Expert in the company regarding equipment status and plays a key role in equipment and sourcing of parts.

Description Your Skills Experience Do You Have What it Takes?

Education: MBO/HBO.
Technical background is a must and electronic software knowledge is a value.
Experience in maintenance (preventive and corrective) and working with production equipment.
Good English and Dutch verbal and writing skills.
Desirable: Experience in working with a Quality Management System, preferably in a class III medical device setting, and knowledge of production environments according to ISO13485.
Availability to work with rotative shifts: 6 am-2:30 pm and 2 pm-10:30 pm 5 days in a week from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains equipment most of them are small issues related with fragile parts (not heavy machines).
Generates maintenance plans and protocols.
Performs maintenance according to the applicable procedures.
Reports on maintenance results.
Coordinates maintenance with suppliers when needed.
Tracks work activities (e.g. validation, results, equipment status)
Reports nonconformities/deviations/OOS during the processes to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Assists in root cause analysis and risk assessment.
Works closely with the Production Team to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime of equipment.
