Job description Service Center Technician
Job title: Service Center Technician at Controlant EU Service Center Netherlands (EU SC)
Reports to: Service Center Manager
The SCT is responsible for assembling, testing and packing manufactured products before they are shipped out according to sales orders. Ensure that products are working exactly as intended and are free of defects or other issues. SCTs are also responsible for processing returned equipment.
Responsibilities
Processing sales orders
Process returned equipment
Maintain equipment and tools for production
Ability to check for defects and identify possible quality issues
Servicing the logger by charging, cleaning, calibrating and visually quality checking in accordance with SOP
Working in partnership with Production and Device Operations team members on JIRA RLS-tickets, QN-Tickets, RH-Tickets
Working in partnership with Production and Device Operations team members on resolving technical issues
Participating in creation and adapting WIN (Work instructions) as tasks evolve and processes get changed.
Other tasks that fall under organizing the Service Center setup in EU
Applicant needs to be a doer and not afraid of physical work. Applicant needs to be organized.

Resolve any arising problems or complaints and meet accuracy and timeline targets.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements
Background in engineering, IT, electrics or similar is preferred
Excellent communication and technical aptitude
Knowledge of handling dangerous goods (PGS-15) is preferred
Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly
Ability to read and carefully follow instructions
Excellent attention to detail and good organization
Capable of working independently to a production schedule
Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement is preferred
Ability to work in teams and lead by example
Working outside of 9-5 hours (OT) maybe required
English proficiency
