Are you an independent chef I and at your best in the kitchen? As an Independent chef I, you feel
responsible for the preparation and layout of dishes and dish sections. You work independently in
the Kitchen and can ask the owner questions/feedback, but you can also manage a few chefs/kitchen
personnel under you. You also work together with your colleagues and manage kitchen on your own.
You work according to fixed instructions regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods and
appearance. You are free to include new dishes and can change the menu if necessary. You can work
weekends and are available during the day and evenings. Working hours and schedule are flexible.
