Our culture
Although we have been in business for more than 25 years we are exploring new ways to capture our data and are on the brink of reinventing ourselves. This means that the culture and atmosphere in Aqua Vision and Stema Systems is very much that of a start-up
Our services, products and software
Some of our service offerings and products are in the development phase. Our main software solutions are in-house developed and are being revised for the next stage of our evolution. We have a clear picture of where we want to be and know how we want to get there

What are we looking for?
In order to achieve our transformation, we are looking to strengthen our team with adventurous and flexible professionals. If you are energised by challenges and you want to contribute to the evolution and success of a small enterprise within a larger group of companies, then we have a good match.

Our clients and work locations
We are specialists in coastal and river environments, our clients are therefore often governmental organisations but also dredging contractors. We also have a growing client base in offshore windfarm operators. We support our clients across international borders when required but much of our work is executed within the Benelux.
