Job Requirements:
- A strong background in AI, control, mathematical optimization or a closely related field
- A proven track record in this field (2 to 5 years of professional experience)
- Proficient development skills in Python
- Familiarity with collaborative software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Proven ability to design, build, and validate algorithms and models
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to also work independently and a strong drive for results and impact.

We provide a flexible working arrangement, allowing for 4 to 5 days per week based on your preference. For a full-time position (40 hours per week), the competitive salary ranges from 4.500 to 6.000 per month, depending on your experience. For those interested in part-time work, the salary will be adjusted proportionately. The possibility of a lease car can also be discussed as part of your compensation package.
