Verantwoordelijk voor het goedkeuringsproces binnen jouw scope, met afstemming op class-, wettelijke en vlagvoorschriften én de klant. • Responsible for the approval process of your scope, implementing requirements and specifications imposed by Class, Statutory & Flag Regulations, and the customer.
• Developing the required deliverables, such as statutory plans according to applicable rules and regulations, arrangements, technical specifications, system descriptions and verification and validation documents.
• Engineering activities in 2D/3D.
• Participate in the Product & Proposal phase and verify technical data of vendors and subcontractors.
• Analyse (technically) received offers under supervision of the Team Lead.
• Technical support on commissioning activities and develop and describe yard standards.
Gevraagd
• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum five-year experience in engineering.
• Broad knowledge of (staturory) plans, arrangements and outfitting systems, preferably gained in ships or offshore installations.
• Knowledge of class and statutory regulations and experience with their practical interpretation and implementation.
• Experience with class, flag and client approval processes, including discussions with plan approval and local surveyors and / or client or representatives.
• Quality and budget awareness and experience in cooperating with vendors and subcontractors.
• 2D / 3D experience with software like Catia / Cadmatic etc.
• English language written and verbal, Dutch language is a plus!
• EU nationality.
