Will you become the link that keeps our production machines running like a well-oiled machine? As Operator Production in this traditional bakery in Waalwijk, the Netherlands, you will be the driving force behind the delicious bread specialties. With your experience and eye for quality, you will help us make everyone a warm baker at home.
With love for bread and an entrepreneurial spirit, we create unique home baked products in our artisan bakery in Waalwijk. Together with 90 colleagues we make delicious bread specialties and due to the growing popularity of our products, we are looking for new Production Workers. The mission? 'To make everyone a warm baker at home.' From bake-off stick bread to brunch rolls, most home bake-off products in the supermarket come from our oven!
Your duties as Operator Production are:
- Ensuring that all machines are running optimally;
- Ensuring that the production process continues to be optimized;
- Controlling, managing and adjusting the complete process from proofing cabinet to oven;
- Independently resolve routine malfunctions and quality deviations;
- Ensuring bread products meet quality standards;
- Performing quality checks;
- And ensuring a clean workplace.
To start as an Operator Production, the following are required:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position in the food industry;
- Is open to working 3 shifts;
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety;
- And a good command of both Dutch and English in speaking and writing.
When you start as an Operator Production you will receive:
- A gross hourly wage of €15,29;
- Allowances for working certain hours (34%, 37% or 100%);
- Prospect of permanent employment;
- Overtime pay of 125% (1st 8 hours after 152 hours) or 150% (>160 hours per period);
- A nice gift around (personal) holidays;
- And daily fresh fruit at work.
