In the position of Recruiter, you will be responsible for all activities concerning the recruitment of technical professionals for the construction and engineering sector. These activities include: accepting and posting vacancies, sourcing, headhunting (which have a coordinating and arranging character), recruitment & selection. You will carry out these activities locally, regionally and internationally. In this dynamic role, you are a spider in the web between the Front Office and colleagues and candidates at home and abroad. You monitor the process from the client's request to the right candidate match from abroad. In doing so, you monitor and coordinate the "candidate experience" and work closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure the quantity and quality of work.

As a High Service Professional of Valento Jobs you monitor the agreed processes in cooperation with the foreign offices and you are always looking for new opportunities for the buying offices. Your tasks also include drafting vacancy texts, placing and publishing profiles on the Valento Jobs website, foreign vacancy sites and social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). You monitor the employer branding of the organisation and the Valento DNA and you know how to perfectly place candidates on projects and vacancies. As a professional, you are driven, people-oriented, have strong contact skills and can create added value by being creative and decisive. You will also get sufficient freedom in the execution of your work.

• You have MBO/HBO level of thinking and working;
• You have affinity and experience within construction and engineering;
• You have a successful track record in recruitment, where experience with recruitment outside the NL borders is a plus;
• You can spar well with clients and colleagues and know how to turn projects and vacancies into goals, actions and realise placements;
• You are a team player and would like to work in a close-knit team of driven colleagues who are characterised by professionalism and who are not shy of working via new ideas, methods and techniques; A strong requirement is that you have a command of Dutch and English. Or Dutch combined with a foreign language (German or Polish is an advantage).

In terms of automation knowledge, you are used to working with an ATS system (Applicant Tracking System) and have experience with MS Office Suite.
