Are you looking for a fun, varied position as a Warehouse Employee where you spend a lot of time on the forklift and where you also meet customers? Then read this vacancy.

Our customer is a building materials wholesaler in Bergen op Zoom. They have materials for finishing, shell construction, logistics and machine technology. They have a collection street on location where both professionals and private individuals can collect their items. Customers drive directly to the collection street with their car, trailer or bus. This is a covered drive-through where the customer loads the items immediately.
The family business was founded in 1983 and has since been a well-known player in the construction industry.

• Loading and unloading trucks with the forklift;
• Receiving goods and accompanying papers;
• Checking incoming warehouse items for type, quantity and codes;
• Placing items at indicated locations/shelves with the forklift;
• Order picking;
• Help customers if they have questions;
• Together with colleagues, keep the workplaces and the warehouse clean/tidy.

• You have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one;
• You are available full-time;
• You are looking for a long-term job and would like a permanent contract;
• You speak Dutch or English well, because you also come into contact with customers;
• You have a great sense of responsibility, and you are flexible;
• You are physically strong due to lifting some heavier materials;
• You are a serious employee who is always on time.

• A gross salary between €13.68 - €15.00 per hour depending on age and experience;
• You also build up holiday pay;
• 25 vacation days (based on 40 hours per week);
• Pension accrual from the first working day;
• Possibility of a permanent contract after 9 months;
• A full-time job for at least 40 hours per week;
• Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
