At Royal A-ware, we are looking for enthusiastic operators who want to play a crucial role in the packaging process of our cheeses. In a clean and modern work environment, you will work with advanced packaging lines and be responsible for setting them up, operating them, and ensuring their proper functioning.

What will you be doing?
As an operator at Royal A-ware, your main responsibility is to ensure the optimal functioning of our packaging lines. You work with precision and ensure that the cheese is correctly portioned and shaped in the appropriate packaging. In addition to supervising one or two production workers, you are also responsible for minor line maintenance. You troubleshoot and resolve any issues as quickly as possible to ensure uninterrupted production.

At Royal A-ware, we work in a three-shift schedule. This means you will alternate between night shift (22:00 hours), afternoon shift (14:00 hours), and morning shift (06:00 hours). This schedule allows for flexible working hours and the possibility of receiving additional allowances. Full-time work is not mandatory; part-time positions are also available!

Who are you?
You have a background in engineering or a similar field. Naturally, you possess technical insight and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Dutch and/or English is required to communicate with your colleagues. Hard work is balanced with humor and a pleasant atmosphere, and you feel responsible for the team's output.

Where will you be working?
We are Royal A-ware, a family-owned company with a passion for good food. With over 3,000 colleagues, we strive every day to produce the tastiest cheese, fresh dairy products, cream, tapas, and milk powder for the Netherlands and the rest of the world.

At our largest packaging location, together with approximately 400 colleagues, we ripen, cut, and package hundreds of tons of cheese 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. From here, orders are prepared for transport to our customers both domestically and internationally. You will work in a clean environment with modern production lines where we process cheese into pieces, slices, cubes, and grated forms. Curious? • A salary based on the Kaaspakhuis Collective Labor Agreement, ranging from €3,029 to €3,321 gross per month, including shift allowance, based on a 36-hour workweek and depending on your experience;
