As a Production lead (in training) at Nedlin Hospitality, you supervise the production employees and report daily to the head of production. With your coaching style of managing, you ensure that production runs efficiently and problem-free. Are you an enthusiastic and open personality who thinks in opportunities and is eager to learn? A selection of the tasks:

• You are responsible for managing approximately 20 employees
• You motivate, coach and enthuse the team to achieve the best results and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere
• You are continuously working on the (further) development of your team
• You ensure that the right people are in the right place and monitor the progress of the work, in accordance with the production and personnel planning
• You actively seek cooperation with other production managers, the technical department and other colleagues to jointly achieve a good result and solve problems together
• You organize work meetings on the production floor and focus on the results and objectives to be achieved
• You work according to fixed structures and follow up on working agreements
• You think along with improvement proposals and ensure their implementation
• You realize the production plan on a daily basis and at machine level

• We work in two shifts; from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm & from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• You have no problems with overtime. Of course, an allowance applies for this.

• A salary between € 2,898 and max. € 3,805 gross per month excluding allowances (based on 40 hours) depending on your knowledge and experience

• Shift allowance of 22,5% between 19.00 and 20.00, and 45% between 20.00 - 06.00
• A fixed end-of-year bonus of 5.33% (in accordance with the Textile Care Collective Labor Agreement)
