As a production employee, you will be responsible for mixing the raw materials required for production and cleaning kettles:

• In this function, you will be preparing the mixtures for the tubing process
• Your task is to set the product recipe in the mixing machine
• After that, you place the kettle with the ingredients under the machine and let the machine work its magic
• Once the machine completes its mixing cycle, you will use a forklift to transport the kettle with the finished mixture to another location where the mixture is separated and prepared for the tubing process
• Then, you will take the empty, dirty kettle and clean it yourself. Subsequently, the process begins anew

Part-time or full-time in 2 shifts

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

The most important qualities for this job are motivation and a willingness to learn. In addition, you should have the following qualifications:

• Experience in setting up and operating production machines
• Speak English
• Enjoy working with others
• Ability to suggest ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Physical fit, as the job may involve heavy lifting
• A forklift license is preferred; otherwise, we can provide you with one at the HOBIJ NeverStopGrowing Academy

• Salary of €16.30 per hour

  In addition:

• 10.5% holiday allowance and payment for irregular holiday hours, paid weekly.
• 13% shift allowance on your salary without holiday pay (€ 13.80)
• When you work a full week, you will receive a bonus of €125 on top of your regular salary during your intake period in the following week.
