As an Automation Engineer, your role involves translating functional specifications into logical diagrams for electrical installations. Collaborating with your team is key; you work closely with fellow Automation Engineers and colleagues from different departments, making it a multidisciplinary team. You will be involved in the new developments and be challenged to further develop your expertise in the field. Smaller projects will be executed independently.
Your work includes
- Supporting in the formation of new assignments
- Creating conceptual designs in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders
- (Further) developing detailed designs in code
- Assisting in the commissioning of more complex systems
- Have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering or similar
- Have at least 4 years of experience with PLC or SCADA applications
- Have experience with network structures and Microsoft Windows
- Are comfortable with interface protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, Profinet)
As a project organization, Mobeco is active in niche markets within the technology sector (ship and yacht construction, offshore and maritime suppliers). Our focus is on finding or creating opportunities. Supporting our clients with insufficient knowledge or capacity, both
on a project basis and on a secondment basis.
