They are part of an international chain offering a variety of SaaS products across different sectors. Their main focus is on delivering an ERP solution to various entrepreneurs and SMEs, enabling them to concentrate on their core tasks while everything else runs smoothly. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner, or someone eager to grow into the role of a Product Owner. In this position, you will primarily focus on developing new features for the in-house ERP/CRM system of our client. Together with 2 other colleagues, you will form a strong foundation to continue developing the software. Additionally, you will collaborate extensively with your colleagues, both with the Dutch team and the IT team based in Canada.

What will your responsibilities be as a Product Owner?

• Understanding customer needs and product vision: creating the product vision for the digital supply chain, defining the product strategy, and implementing the product roadmap;
• Creating and prioritizing the product backlog;
• Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Sprint planning and review;
• Monitoring progress and making adjustments;
• Promoting customer satisfaction and value creation.

• 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with ERP software;
• A solid understanding of the Product Owner role;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• A passion for solving complex customer problems;
• Excellent communication skills (in English) and the ability to collaborate with different people;
• Creativity, critical thinking, a good sense of humor, and passion;
• Preferably, proficiency in the Dutch language.

• A salary up to 75k, depending on your experience;
