You help to solve our clients' business issues and perform interim projects at the intersection of data, finance and analytics. Your responsibilities will range from collecting and interpreting to processing large data sets. You often have to investigate and update the original data sources yourself.

Every project is a new challenge. This is why your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Discussing data requirements for different quantitative models or business reports
• Merging tables and aggregating data in SQL, SAS and/or Python
• Interpretation of the data by means of pattern analyses and descriptive statistics
• Development of predictive models using common statistical and AI libraries
• Advising the client on the latest developments within data analytics
• Transfering your knowledge to the clients' team ensuring our clients become even more successful

We are looking for experienced data analysts and data scientists with different quantitative and data-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.

Furthermore, you are energized by stakeholder management and are well adept at gathering reliable information. You use this in combination with a consultive mindset to make our clients more successful.

• You have 2+ years of relevant work experience and want to make your next career steps as a consultant by executing multiple interim projects per year in multiple industries
• You have an academic backgroud in Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics or another quantitative and data related study
• You are proficient with big data processing in SQL, Python or another relevant coding language
• You have a good intuition for data and data architecture, as much of the practice of data science relies on creativity and eagerness
• You are fluent in Dutch and English

• A salary range between €4,500 and €6,500 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record
• A performance bonus based on turnover. Your total salary including allowances is 70% of the turnover you realize. During an average project, your total salary will increase to more than €10,000 per month

• Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications as FRM or CFA
