Manpower is looking for a Supervisor Procurement Account for a company in Bergen op Zoom.

As a Supervisor Procurement Account, your role involves creating and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders, providing valuable advice to enhance their objectives, and leading projects to improve spend effectiveness and process efficiency. You'll conduct thorough research on industry trends and utilize expertise in various categories to develop actionable plans. Monitoring sourcing strategy implementation and ensuring adherence to procurement policies are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, you'll contribute to regional and global sourcing strategy development.

What’s in it for you

Functie-eisen

• University Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
• Diploma from a recognized Procurement Institute is an asset.
• five years of experience in Procurement, including minimum two years in non-Ops category management
• Availability of 40 hours per week 
• Experience with negotiating on different levels within and outside of the organization
• Strong communication skills, people management skills, and analytical skills
• Professional level of English is required because of job duties. Dutch and French are a plus
