Become a key player in ensuring production continuity.
As a Technical Warehouse Assistent, you'll ensure that all necessary materials and spare parts are available to support maintenance activities and projects. You'll manage the technical warehouse, which supplies the Maintenance team with essential items like bolts, motors, bearings, valves, cables, and much more.
Your role involves ordering, receiving, issuing, preparing, and expediting goods. You'll check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and process them in the system. You'll also work closely with the production warehouse. While most of your work happens during the day, some flexibility for shifts and weekends is required.
Your tasks also include:

• Managing the process around standard inventory items, where the department's needs are inventoried both physically and from the ERP system
• Following up on orders and checking specified delivery dates
• Checking incoming goods for part numbers, quantity, visual damage, numbers of boxes, and pallets
• Sorting goods based on reservation and preparing them for specific tasks
• Managing items offered for revision and determining whether they need to be revised internally or externally
• Providing input on the replacement of spare parts and improvements to the inventory system through reports to the Maintenance department

You work Monday to Friday.

• A vocational level 2 diploma, plus training in logistics and technical skills
• Knowledge of automated systems and computer skills
• Certificates for reach truck, forklift, overhead crane, and pallet truck
• In addition to good communication skills in Dutch, you also have proficiency in both written and spoken English and German
