Headquartered in Amsterdam, we service our customers from 128 locations spread over 18 countries in Europe. This role is advertised for a new TIP Group venture.
Job Summary
The transportation, logistics, and the trailer industry are undergoing a transformation. So, this is a unique opportunity to become a part of anew TIP Group venture whereby you’ll be shaping solutions to address theopportunities resulting from changes in the industry; with the shared goal of electrification and digitization of logistics fleets and workshops across Europe or at-scale as a Business Analyst.
In this role, you will be using your deep sector knowledge to guide the different parts of our team in their decision making, ensuring we deliver maximum value to our customers. You’ll be a part of an enterprising and newly built team with both corporate and startup backgrounds.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Leverage deep knowledge of logistics fleets and workshops to identify and qualify high-value target accounts.
Utilize existing relationships within the industry to build trust and open doors.
Act as a strategic advisor to both partners and internal stakeholders, providing expert insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Collaborate closely with product and sales, offering constructive criticism and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Become an advocate within the organization, educating internal teams and promoting our value proposition across departments.
Maintain and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with the SaaS platform.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Whilst the above outlines the main duties of the post the list is not exhaustive, and duties may need to change in the light of future developments or from time to time as directed by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer service, customer success management or a similar role in the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry.
Extensive network of existing relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses within the sector, with a strong understanding of the market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility with partners.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, in speaking and writing. Any other European language would be a distinct plus.
Team player, able to work and communicate closely with peers in cross-functional and international teams to reach common goals.
Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Netherlands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
