• Manage the 360 Recruitment Cycle: from prospecting new clients to closing game-changing deals, you’ll manage the entire process.

We’re looking for bold, ambitious, and commercially sharp professionals with:

• 2+ years of agency recruitment experience and a proven track record of smashing targets.
• A natural talent for building relationships and closing deals in a competitive environment.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, German, or Nordic languages (preferred but not essential).
