What you'll be doing:

• Full 360 recruitment cycle: You’ll manage everything from business development to candidate sourcing, interview prep, and offer management.
• Strategic business development: Map out your market, identify key industry players, and build long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Proactive talent sourcing: Find and engage top talent through LinkedIn, our CRM, social media, and exclusive networking events.
• Build your personal brand: As an entrepreneurial recruiter, you’ll develop a unique presence in your market niche, positioning yourself as the go-to expert for clients and candidates alike.
• Partnering for success: Understand client and candidate needs deeply, offering strategic insights and building robust relationships.

We’re looking for the best:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Language skills: Fluency in Dutch, German, or French is a strong advantage.
