Polteq is growing and we need you to be part of that! For all regions, we are looking for Test Experts with about 6 years of experience to join our team.As a Test Expert at Polteq, you will help our clients increase the quality of their IT systems at all stages of the software development lifecycle. This allows a faster transition to production resulting in better quality. As a Test Expert, you will work at the top-200 Dutch companies through Polteq. Software, apps, mobile devices and websites: we test it all. We are the specialist in testing and software quality for a reason.
As a Test Expert at Polteq, you will work in a variety of functions and roles. You will support the testing process methodically. You are supportive of all testing activities and all members of the testing team, motivating colleagues and/or team members to go above and beyond themselves to optimize team performance. You may be involved in specifying test cases but in addition you may also be involved in preparing a product risk analysis (PRA) or strategy definition. In addition, you create designs for test cases, provide test engineering in complex projects and test automation is definitely also part of your job. Gevraagd
HBO/WO working and thinking level, you speak Dutch and have at least about 6 years of experience in software testing
ISTQB or TMAP® certified at Advanced Level.
Experience in improving test processes and testing techniques
Experience in counseling and coaching
Social and communication skills and you have strong analytical thinking skills
In addition, you are flexible, creative, accurate, can work well together and lead
In possession of a driver's license B and willing to travel
