As a Sales Manager Software Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful sales strategies within a rapidly growing organization. Their solutions help companies in the process industry work more efficiently by leveraging innovative software applications. In this role, you will lead the entire sales cycle: from generating leads and identifying new opportunities to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
What will you do?
Develop sales strategies for our software solutions within the process industry.
Identify and approach potential clients and new market opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner.
Negotiate and close contracts with customers.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to position our solutions.
Stay updated on market trends and competition to seize new opportunities.

you bring...
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.
Experience in the process industry (food, chemical, energy, or other industrial sectors) is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and think strategically.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in a commercial or technical field.
