Before starting, you will tour the company. On the day of the tour, it will be decided which department you will work in. You may be assigned to one of the following departments. Your tasks will include:

Warehouse Loader:

• Collecting packages from the conveyor belt
• Checking and reporting damaged boxes or parts
• Efficiently filling the trailing

Warehouse unloader:

• Unloading boxes from containers or trucks
• Sorting boxes by SKU number
• Building full and stable pallets

EPT Driver:

• Preparing empty pallets for unloaders
• Moving pallets from the container to the designated inbound area
• Cleaning the empty container and surrounding area according to 5S rules

Sealer:

• Sealing built pallets in the inbound area that have been unloaded from containers or trucks
• Ensuring boxes are correctly strapped to pallets
• Assisting unloaders once all pallets are sealed

Labeler:

• Verifying that all stacked boxes have the same SKU number
• Counting the number of boxes per pallet
• Scanning boxes and confirming the SKU and quantity using a RF scanner

Outbound worker:

• Covering branded boxes with black foil
• Repacking boxes into cardboard boxes
• Stacking boxes from the conveyor belt onto pallets or cages

Picker:

• Picking orders with a scanner, on foot, or using an EPT
• Unloading boxes from trolleys or pallets onto the belt
• Manually unloading trolleys from trailers

You will work during one of the following shifts:
Monday to Friday and Sunday:

• From 6:00 to 15:00
• From 7:00 to 16:00
• There is a possibility that you will be scheduled between 15:00 until 24:00

Vida XL is closed on Saturdays.

• You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
• You need to speak Polish or Romanian
• You pay attention to details, work well with others, and enjoy being part of a team
• Experience in logistics is not required but definitely a plus
• The work is physically demanding

A starting salary of €14.06 per hour.

• After 1,5 months (240 hours): €14.30 per hour
• After 6 months (1040 hours): €14.50 per hour
• Plus, a performance bonus for good work (if you are working as a man-up worker)

In addition:

• 10,5% holiday allowance
• The possibility of a long-term contract

• A work schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekends off
