Senior Data BA (Steward)

We are seeking a Senior Data BA (Steward) for the Area External Fraud within the Tribe Financial Economic Crime (FEC). The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of banking fraud processes and experience with the PEGA system platform. Your expertise in fraud processes, data models, and logistical procedures will be crucial in ensuring data quality for the External Fraud Workflow Management (EF WFM) on the new PEGA platform currently under development.

About your role:

As a Senior Data BA within the Tribe Financial Economic Crime, you will be part of the squad focused on External Fraud Workflow Management. You will play a pivotal role in defining, describing, and maintaining the data model for the new Workflow Management platform.

In this role, you will collaborate with various disciplines within the team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Your ability to explain complex structures and align data models with governance issues will be essential.

Your team and work environment:

You will be part of the External Fraud area within the Tribe FEC. As gatekeepers of our financial system, we are committed to protecting society against Financial Economic Crime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the PEGA EF-WFM data model.
• Accurately describe and maintain the PEGA EF-WFM data model.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding the PEGA EF-WFM data model and data on the Global Data Platform (GDP).
• Support the realization of the pipeline towards GDP.
• Assist in creating test data.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the fraud chain.

What you will bring to the team:

• Relevant HBO/WO education in data management, computer science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong organizational and data management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile development processes.
• Positively critical and analytically minded.
• Ability to switch between abstraction and practical application.
• Experience in the financial/banking sector, preferably within the fraud chain, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
• Extensive experience in the telecom industry.
