What We’re Looking For:

• A growth mindset and a drive for excellence. You’re ambitious, self-starting, and thrive in a healthy competitive B2B environment.
• Proven success in leading 360 recruitment teams and a strong track record of personal billings.
• Experience in commercial recruitment, ideally within a competitive, high-quality recruitment setting.
• A visionary approach with a solution-focused mindset, eager to build and grow a division that leads the market.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and scale our 360 Permanent Recruitment Team across Europe.
• Shape the strategic direction of the permanent division, positioning Panda as a leader in permanent recruitment solutions.
• Act as the face of the permanent division, driving client engagement and ensuring our brand’s recognition in key markets.
