• Developing and delivering training: You provide technical and support training, both in the classroom and online. You do this at our head office in Amstelveen and at our service partners in Europe.
• You develop and maintain training material that suits different target groups, such as technicians and customer service teams.

• Providing support: You work closely with internal teams to answer product-related questions and solve technical problems.

• In this role, you also travel a lot, so you travel 3-5 days per month (depending on the period) to another country in Europe to share your knowledge there.

Gevraagd

• Practical experience in white goods repairs is an absolute must.
• Available 32-40 hours per week.
• You live near Amstelveen.
• Strong communication and presentation skills: you can make technical concepts understandable for a wide range of target groups.
• Experience as a mechanic with, for example, refrigerators or air conditioners.

• Excellent command of the English language. Dutch is not required but is a plus.
  Experience in developing training materials and familiarity with e-learning tools.
