What do we expect from you
As a Process Operator at Johma, you are the linchpin in the production process. Without you, there would be no tasty salads on the dining tables! You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the sauces and salads are always of top quality. What exactly will you be doing?

Preparing sauces – You ensure that every batch is perfectly seasoned, so that customers can enjoy the best quality time and time again.
Filling & planning storage tanks – You keep an overview and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time.
Performing quality controls – You have an eye for detail and ensure that only the very best products leave the door.
Achieving production targets – Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every day is a success and that production runs smoothly.
Coordinating with team leaders – You work closely with the team to ensure that the production planning perfectly matches demand.
Guaranteeing hygiene & safety – A clean and safe working environment is always your number one priority.

What are we looking for
You are a driven team player who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You like a challenge and know how to maintain an overview under pressure. Furthermore:

You are available full-time and willing to work in a 3-shift system.
- Morning shift from 6:00 to 14:00, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00 and night shift from 22:00 to 6:00
You have completed at least MBO level 3.
You have experience in the food/food industry and you know how important quality and process optimization are.
You have a proactive attitude.
You are fluent in written and spoken English and/or Dutch, knowledge of German is advantage

A good starting salary of €16.19 per hour, with attractive shift allowances:
- 33% allowance between 18:00 and 00:00.
- 35% allowance between 00:00 and 06:00.
