As a Sales Manager, you have a highly responsible role where you focus on positioning new hotels in the Brussels market. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

• Acquisition of new corporate accounts (warm leads) and maintaining existing accounts;
• Representing the hotel group at various events and fairs, both nationally and internationally;
• Independently drafting proposals and contracts;
• Providing efficient and proactive service for guest satisfaction;
• Keeping customer data up to date via the CRM system;
• You will spend a lot of time outside visiting your clients.

Gevraagd

As a Sales Manager, you meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's level of thinking and working (preferably in hospitality/commercial)
• 2+ years of work experience in a comparable leadership position within the hotel industry;
• You are fluent in English, preference for Dutch and/or French speaker;
• Proactive, commercial, and goal-oriented;
• A high degree of independence;
• Communication and networking: this is where you excel!

Aanbod

In addition to a position in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, you will be working for a well-known European hotel group. The salary for this role is between €3500 - €4000 gross per month based on a full-time employment contract.
