As an operator, you will manage the packaging and sorting of fruits and vegetables for supermarkets. You'll operate machinery and supervise the production line staff. Your tasks include setting up production lines, maintaining contact with customers, and resolving issues. Work every other Saturday. As an operator, your main responsibility is to oversee the packaging and sorting of different fruits and vegetables according to customer specifications. Subsequently, these yields are dispatched to supermarkets. Within this role, you will operate machinery and also supervise production lines staff working alongside you on the line.
  • Set up and adjust the production lines and also net clipper or (performing light technical tasks).
  • Supervise production workers.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
  • Mantain contact with customers about progress.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform additional production tasks and maintain line cleanliness.
This is a full-time day shift position starting at 7:00 AM, concluding around 4:00 PM, with the possibility of extending hours depending on the day workload. Every other saturday working. However, it's important to note that the work environment is cold, with a temperature of 10 degrees Celsius, and you will be provided with appropriate warm clothing

Gevraagd

  • Experience as an operator in an AGF environment, preferably with experience in using a net clipper.
  • Good command of the English language. Other languages like Ukranian, Polish are mayor plus.
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Full-time availability, seeking a permanent position.
  • Own transportation is essential.
  • Residing in the Breda area
