Are you not looking for assembly line work, but a role where you can perform various parts of the logistics process? And where you can receive internal training? Then we have an exciting challenge available for you.

You will be working for a company that trades in car tires worldwide, and they are growing rapidly. Someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and work hard is in the right place here. And ideally, they are also looking for someone who sings along when the radio is on. So, you'll understand that there's a friendly, but also informal work atmosphere. Everyone is equal here, and wearing work clothes is the norm for everyone.

Functieomschrijving

For the first few weeks, you will start by loading and unloading car tires. You will use a conveyor belt or sometimes even do it manually. You will work with 2 or 3 colleagues so that you can switch positions in the process to distribute the workload. After the first few weeks, we are curious if you enjoy the role, and if you do, we can internally arrange for you to obtain a forklift and/or reach truck certificate.

Additionally, there's the possibility to alternate between loading and unloading tires and picking tire orders. In short, there are various opportunities for growth.

The position is open for 32 to 40 hours per week. You will work from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00. On Fridays, you will work from 08:00 to 12:00.

You will be joining 20 new colleagues at once. In the warehouse, there are 15 guys aged between 23 and 28.

Functie-eisen

You are physically fit, as you will need to load and unload tires. On the bright side, this means you can cancel your gym membership. You speak Dutch or English and are reliable and a hard worker. No work experience is needed as you will receive thorough training.

In return for all this, we offer you a salary between €14 and €15 per hour. You will receive 25 vacation days. The travel allowance is €0.23 per kilometer. Every first Friday of the month, we provide fries, and after work, we often enjoy beer together or play games. At the end of the year, there is the possibility of a bonus.
