We are expanding our operations in the Netherlands and seeking a full-time remote MTPL and CASCO Specialist to lead the operational product set-up and management, including

Market Expertise: Monitor and analyze trends, regulations, and developments in the Dutch MTPL and CASCO insurance market
Product Development: Collaborate with the central product team to develop and refine MTPL and CASCO insurance offerings to enable compliance with local regulatory requirements
Sales and Distribution: Provide input on development of strategies to optimize sales channels for MTPL and Casco insurance products
Policy Administration: Work with the central IT team to improve policy administration systems for MTPL and Casco products. Support creation and maintenance of process documentation for policy management workflows
Claims Management: Support development of guidelines and frameworks to streamline the claims handling process. Provide input on claims cost control and fraud prevention initiatives

Gevraagd

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in motor insurance product management, operations or design (MTPL, CASCO)
Must be Dutch native speaker
In-depth understanding Dutch (non-life) insurance regulations and market trends

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with the ability to work independently once trained
Experience in sales planning, optimization of sales channels and partner management is a plus
A pragmatic approach to work, ready to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams
