We are looking for enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Customer Support professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support via various channels (phone, email, chat) for brands in the fashion and tech industries.
Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional demeanor.
For content moderation roles: review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

Gevraagd

Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (verbal and written) & English on B2
Education: Minimum of high school diploma (or equivalent).
Work Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older with EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Availability: Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible working hours.
Customer Service Mindset: Passion for helping customers with a positive attitude.
