At a major company focused on the energy transition industry, we are looking for individuals willing to be trained as Welding Operators. During the training, you’ll receive a salary, and upon completion, you are guaranteed a position within the company with a view to permanent employment.

• Eager to learn and motivated to grow
• Enjoy working with your hands and have technical insight
• Excellent communication skills in English or Dutch
• In possession of a basic VCA certificate, or willing to obtain one
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system (weekends always free)
• Transportation to Maasvlakte can be arranged.

As a welding operator, you’ll work with semi-automatic welding machines to create welded joints between different metal plates. You’ll receive training for this role, and yes, you’ll be paid during the training!

Your tasks will include:

• Creating welded joints according to welding specifications
• Correctly setting up and operating the machines
• Performing maintenance on production machines and equipment
• Conducting inspections and tests before starting production
• Reporting production data and maintaining relevant documentation.

You’ll be employed at a leading company involved in the production of foundations for wind turbines. This means you’ll contribute to the energy transition and a more sustainable world.
