In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping the production lines running at optimal performance.

As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production lines. You’ll ensure that the machines run efficiently and that the products meet quality standards. You’ll also collaborate with your team to troubleshoot issues and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

What will you do?

• Set up and operate production lines according to instructions and procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments when necessary.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Record production data and report any deviations or issues.
• Support the team with other production-related tasks as needed.

What do you bring?

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably as a machine or line operator.
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards in food production.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A proactive and flexible work attitude.
