RGV Hotel Services is a leading work agency in Amsterdam specializing in providing staffing solutions to hotels across the city. We are currently recruiting motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Stewards for various hotel kitchens.Job Description:
As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen space in one of the prestigious 4* hotels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently
- Cleaning and sanitizing food preparation surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
- Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Emptying trash and recycling bins regularly to maintain cleanliness
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
Gevraagd
Requirements:- Previous experience in a kitchen steward or similar role preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Good physical condition to stand for long time and lift heavy objects when necessary
