Tradiro Uitzendburo in Maasdijk is looking for an expert in planning and relationship management! Do you have a passion for the temping industry and would you like to develop further in a growing company? Then become our new 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫.As a coordinator, you are the connecting link between our office, our clients and our temps. You know the tricks of the trade and know exactly what is needed to serve our clients optimally. In this versatile position, you will often be out of the office and you will also have a lot of contact with our temps.
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
- Actively participate in expansion with existing clients
- Proper daily scheduling of temporary workers with the clients
- Requesting temporary employees from the recruitment team
- Requesting forecasts from clients and coordinating these with the recruitment department
- Taking care of the administration around the planning and placement of temps
Gevraagd
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞- You can work at a minimum MBO level
- Experience with planning and affinity with the temping industry is a plus
- You speak English and Romanian. If you also speak Polish or Russian, that would be great!
- You are commercial and enjoy having and maintaining contact with clients
- You are independent, enterprising and flexible
