What we expect from this role :
As Technical Product Specialist, you play a crucial role in supporting our global organization with your practical product and application knowledge. This position ensures internal and external customers receive quality answers and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Lubrication Consultants (LC’s) and Technical Advisers (TA’s) with technical support on product usage and application knowledge: You give technical solutions on product and application questions, with support of our Quality and R&D department.
• Develop knowledge: You train TA’s and LC’s on product, application and lubrication management knowledge.
• Execute field testing: Test new product developments in the marked. Working close together with TA’s finding potential test locations, install and follow up on test results.
• Product performance testing: Execute product validation in combination with automated Lubrications Systems.
• Application Information: Keep all our product application information up-to-date in our systems

What you will bring:

• Field experience of rotating equipment, lubricants and lubrication management processes
• Education preferably in Mechanical Engineering,
• Good command of the English language, German is preferable.
• Travels approx. 20-30%
• Strong project management skills
• Effective communication and social skills
• Proactive, collaborative, while having the ability to work independently
• Strong Analytic skills
• Is able to understand and manage different stakeholders
• Customer Centric
