Functie omschrijvingAs a Process Operator, you and your colleagues are responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth production process. Your responsibilities include:
- Starting, managing, and monitoring the production process.
- Performing machine setups and monitoring production parameters.
- Analyzing and improving production processes to achieve optimal results.
- Participating in test runs for new products and process adjustments.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
In this role, you will work in a 3-shift system, rotating between morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Wat we van jou verwachten
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Experience as a process operator, preferably in food manufacturing
- Experience as a process operator; experience in an aseptic production environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of production processes.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
As a process operator, you can expect excellent terms of employment:
- Salary between € 3,450 and € 4,250 gross per month, including a 22.5% shift allowance.
- A year-end bonus of 4.25%.
- 25 vacation days and 9.5 additional days off (ADV).
- Generous travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer.
- A clean and pleasant working environment with advanced machinery.
Working hours:
- Morning shift: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night shift: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM
