Are you an experienced inspection professional looking to take on a leadership role in offshore projects? Can you oversee inspection processes in offshore and energy projects?

We are looking for an Inspection Coordinator to plan, organise, and oversee inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in offshore projects. You will ensure the integrity and safety of offshore structures by effectively managing inspection processes and teams.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop and manage inspection schedules for offshore projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external inspection agencies to ensure seamless execution. 
• Assign and oversee inspection teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements. 
• Ensure all inspections meet regulatory, industry, and client-specific quality and safety standards.
• Review and validate inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
• Implement and maintain inspection procedures following offshore industry standards. 
• Maintain thorough records of inspection activities, findings, and corrective actions. 
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all inspection documentation is up-to-date and meets industry compliance requirements.
• Assess and resolve technical issues related to inspection processes.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements based on inspection results.
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality of offshore components.
• Ensure all inspections adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. 
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support offshore teams with safety-focused inspection processes. 

Gevraagd

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection coordination within offshore, energy, or oil & gas industries.
• Previous experience in offshore operations, quality control, or inspection management.
• Strong understanding of offshore industry standards, including ISO, API, DNV, and NORSOK regulations.
• Familiarity with inspection methods, including NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), welding inspections, and material testing.
• Experience using inspection data acquisition software and reporting tools. 
• CSWIP 3.4 Subsea Inspection Controller (or equivalent certification) is preferred, 
• ASNT Level II or III in NDT is an advantage!
• BOSIET and offshore safety certifications are highly preferred.
