Functie omschrijving

As an operator, you will work in a modern production department equipped with advanced machinery. Here, fruit is processed into purées, which are then packaged into cups or pouches. The production process takes place across three closed production installations, with tasks that are diverse and challenging, including:

Setting up and operating machines/installations according to work instructions.
Analyzing and adjusting parameters in case of deviations (SCADA/PLC).
Identifying and resolving production deviations.
Initiating improvements through activities such as SGA (Small Group Activities).
Taking samples and conducting quality checks.
Performing autonomous maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of the installations.

You will receive extensive training to familiarize yourself with all machines and processes, enabling you to independently ensure smooth production processes.

Wat we van jou verwachten

We are looking for an operator who meets the following requirements:

MBO level of work and thinking.
Preferably a completed operator training.
Experience with automated production machines.
Work experience in a modern production environment.
Strong analytical skills and a good sense of technology and optimization.
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
