We are looking for a motivated IT Operations Specialist to oversee and maintain the stability of a cloud-native software solution integrated into a large-scale infrastructure based on AWS. This role includes deploying updates via CI/CD pipelines, monitoring performance, resolving technical issues, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. A strong emphasis is placed on infrastructure, operational reliability, and proactive problem-solving to ensure seamless system performance and high availability.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
  
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in IT operations with a focus on managing software in cloud environments, particularly AWS. Proficiency in application containerization (e.g., Docker).
  
• CI/CD Knowledge: Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, code branching, integration with Terraform).
  
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Demonstrated experience with system monitoring tools and effective troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
  
• Infrastructure and Security Awareness: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and security protocols to serve as a point of contact for external queries.

• Data Analysis: Skilled in identifying and resolving issues related to missing or incorrect data, ensuring smooth application interactions.

• Certifications: AWS certification or demonstrable expertise in cloud technologies.
  
• Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) to support automation efforts.
  
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with tools such as Terraform.
  
• Security Practices: Knowledge of best practices for maintaining secure cloud environments.
