Do you want to work in a dynamic and logistics-oriented environment and enjoy working with (international) drivers? Then we have a position available as a driver desk employee.
Your new employer is an international provider of transport and logistics services. Transport can take place by plane, boat, train, and trucks. You can find them almost anywhere, with offices in 80 countries and still growing. Are you also ready for the next step in your professional development?
As a driver desk employee, you are the first point of contact. You are responsible for welcoming drivers and providing them with the necessary documents. You coordinate all trucks that arrive for unloading and loading, and you keep track of all customs documentation. You register shipments in the customs system, perform checks, and verify transport documents and registration details at the desk.
The position is open for 40 hours, and working days are Monday through Friday. Working hours are between 07:00 - 15:30 and 12:00 - 20:30
Functie-eisen
You have relevant administrative work experience and are proficient in English. You are flexible and open to working in staggered shifts.
In exchange for all this, we offer you a full-time job with a salary ranging from €2.600 to €2.800 per month. You will be part of a team consisting of 7 colleagues.
