Senior Healthcare Construction Superintendent

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Healthcare Construction Superintendent in Houston, Texas! This role is pivotal in supporting the General Superintendent by overseeing operational areas of construction projects. You'll coordinate multiple crews, ensure subcontract work meets specifications, and verify safety and project operations. Travel up to 100% may be required.

• Coordinate and Manage: Daily field objectives, timelines, and goals.
  
• Safety First: Actively walk the site, participate in inspections, and meet with staff and subcontractors.
  
• Monitor Progress: Review processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  
• Project Schedule: Work with Senior Superintendents to maintain and update schedules and budgets.
  
• Documentation: Record and maintain project logs and operational data.

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  
• 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on construction projects.
  
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures.
  
• Experience managing performance and leading a diverse field team.
  
• Valid Driver's License.
