About the role:
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will manage the supply planning and supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving material and capacity availability issues. You will create and send purchase orders, generate forecasts for vendors, and maintain purchasing data in the ERP system.

You will act as the point of contact for contracted transportation for inbound shipments, perform container management, and follow up on overdue orders. Collaboration with QA on quality issues and sourcing consumables and equipment will be part of your varied responsibilities.

In addition to procurement, you will coordinate raw material deliveries to support production schedules and issue production orders as needed. Your role includes checking and managing inventory levels, preparing monthly reports to set new inventory targets, and hosting supply planning meetings with internal suppliers.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform container management: weekly check and update, receive containers/air shipments, and receive inventories (POs) from 3rd-party suppliers.

• Source consumables and equipment.

Qualifications:
To be successful as a Supply Chain Planner, we ask for the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Between 3 – 5 years in a planning/purchasing role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office is essential.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, highly analytical, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and team spirit are crucial.

What do we offer:

• Salary based on knowledge and experience, but within €3500,- and €4200,-.
• Salary based on knowledge and experience.
• Position is for 40 hours, but 32 hours is an option.
• 25 holiday days based on a one-year contract.
• 8% holiday allowance.
