Service Support Planner – Maastricht

About the Organization
You will join a leading European service organization operating in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and East Africa). The company is known for its innovation and excellent service in the medical sector. You will work from a modern office location in Maastricht, collaborating daily with diverse international teams.

Responsibilities
As a Service Support Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance activities for local service representatives. Acting as the link between customers and service teams, you will ensure appointments are efficiently planned and documented. Using the latest communication tools and technologies, your key tasks will include:

  • Scheduling appointments between customers and service representatives based on agreed terms;
  • Maintaining and managing data in a shared planning system;
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts and adjusting plans when necessary.
  • Collecting input from local service teams, including contact and equipment details.
  • Preparing reports and KPIs to enhance planning efficiency.
  • Supporting colleagues with operational planning tasks.

Your Profile
We are looking for a communicative and flexible planner with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or a similar role;
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus;
  • Strong computer skills and experience with data management and reporting;
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer contact and a customer-focused mindset.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly and set priorities effectively.
