As a welder, you will work on high-quality products that must meet the highest quality standards. As a manual welder, you are responsible for preparing and performing welding tasks based on assignments and/or instructions according to the set quality and safety requirements. You will consider the types of materials to be processed and the welding technique to be applied. Where necessary, products will be ground and finished. It is important that you can read drawings and perform your tasks according to these drawings. Additionally, you will proactively think about improvements in the department and within the organization.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

• Preparing and performing welding tasks according to assignments and instructions.
• Ensuring that welding tasks meet the set quality and safety requirements.
• Considering the types of materials to be processed and the welding technique to be applied.
• Grinding and finishing products where necessary.
• Reading and performing tasks according to technical drawings.

To ensure you can deliver the highest quality, our client will train you and you will receive company-specific certificates! After a comprehensive onboarding process, you will weld independently. All this in a 3-shift system, in an inspiring and international work environment.

• Knowledge of or experience with metalworking.
• Possession of a relevant welding certificate, such as 111 (SMAW), 135 (GMAW), 136 (FCAW), or 138 (GTAW).
• Preferably knowledge of and experience with relevant transport equipment (overhead cranes, trolleys, etc.).
• A valid VCA certificate. Don't be discouraged if you don't have this, you can obtain it through Partner Group.
• Good level of Dutch, German, or English.
• Our client works in a three-shift system, so you must be flexible to work day, evening, and night shifts.

• A salary between €19.66 and €24.20 gross per hour, based on knowledge and experience, including an average shift allowance of 21%.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer.
• Excellent primary and secondary employment conditions.
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days
• 8.33% holiday allowance.
• Upon proven suitability, the chance of a permanent position in a 3-shift system.
