Job Description:

Independently prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Develop and refine menu items based on seasonal availability and culinary trends.
Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance.
Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Oversee stock levels, manage orders, and control food costs.
Work collaboratively with the team to innovate and improve menu offerings.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning kitchen environment.
Adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle peak-hour operations efficiently.

Education: MBO Level 2 or 3
Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
Understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP) and best kitchen practices.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
