• Are you a star in networking and do you have a feeling for engineering and mechanical engineering? In this role, both aspects come in handy.
• You are responsible for establishing and maintaining various contacts and acquiring projects for the mechanical engineering departments in Papendrecht and Almere.
• These departments work on mechanical constructions for various sectors and application areas. From special deck equipment to innovative offshore constructions or gigantic harbor cranes.
• As long as they concern special constructions: we translate a technically almost impossible problem into a feasible design.
• In addition to the technical nature of this position, as a sales manager you will have contact with customers and you will also know how to follow up on agreements and offers made.
• To enthuse these customers, you create attractive offers including estimates.
• You follow up on ongoing projects and ensure correct handling. Project results and customer satisfaction are therefore of paramount importance to you.
• You are accountable to the management and discuss the projects you have acquired with them.
• You work together with specialists and fellow sales managers on large projects and function as a team player.

Gevraagd

• You have an HBO+ working and thinking level and have at least 10 years of experience in the field of 'mechanical engineering services', of which at least 5 years of work experience in sales.
• You have managed to build up a large (international) network and are at home in the offshore market.
• You also have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• With your enthusiasm and drive you also know how to inspire colleagues.
