Are you a senior production worker who wants to stop working night shifts? Are you ready for more responsibility in production? Then we are looking for you!

A multinational in the food industry is growing fast and is looking for motivated senior production workers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an entire production line and taking the next step in your career. Interested? The company has several factories in the Netherlands and abroad. They specialize in providing delicious chicken for stores, supermarkets, and fast-food chains. The factory in Zeewolde focuses on the packaging of chicken products.

The company is known for its open and friendly working environment. They offer strong support and guidance to help their employees grow. When you will join the company, there will be a good training program to quickly learn your new role.

As an operator, you work 38 hours per week in a rotating shift schedule, with early shifts (05:30-14:00) and afternoon/evening shifts (14:30-23:00). The early shift is scheduled on weekdays and up to two Saturdays per month during daytime hours. The afternoon/evening shift takes place only on weekdays.
 

• Overseeing the packaging line and ensuring efficient operations;
• Providing operational guidance to a team of 4 to 6 production employees;
• Acting as the right hand of the production team leader, assisting in day-to-day tasks and decision-making;
• Reporting to the team leader on developments regarding workforce deployment, output, and quality.
• Resolving minor technical issues;
• Adjusting and setting up production lines.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,166 and €2,826 (excluding additional benefits);
• Saturday allowance ranging from 15% to 50%, depending on working hours;
• Evening allowance of 30% for hours worked after 21.00;
• Holiday allowance and a 2.15% year-end bonus;
• Travel allowance;

• Relevant working experience in a production environment is a must; 
• Experience in the food industry is a big plus; 
• Strong in communication;
• Always willing to learn; 
• Able to communicate in English;
