Our production site in Maarheeze consists of a number of high-tech filling lines, which are maintained by our Engineering Department. Due to a large amount of technical projects and investments, we are looking for a Project Manager Engineering, who will manage this. Whereas the Technical Manager is responsible for the daily execution of maintenance programmes and tasks and the corresponding team, as Project Manager Engineering you will be responsible for all major replacement and expansion projects within the plant. In doing so, you will project manage a project team composed of colleagues from the various disciplines.

The Manager Engineering initiates, prepares and realises (CAPEX) projects and plans within the set quality, time and budget. These projects are mainly technical in nature, but may touch all disciplines within the plant. Besides the daily activities, the Manager Engineering also thinks along at a process-transcending level, and provides support on technical issues and projects within the entire plant.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will further be responsible for:

• Drafting a detailed project plan with objectives, scope, budget, schedule
• Coordinate the implementation of the project plan and provide periodic reports;
• Active involvement in project implementation and managing team members;
• Review results of projects and suggest process and product improvements;
• Maintain internal and external networks.

To get started as a Project Manager Engineering at Refresco, you will need the following:

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably from a technical education;
• Experience in the food industry is required;
• Relevant project experience, preferably in a production environment;
• Experience in supporting and supervising (CAPEX) projects and project teams;
• Be able to work in a results-oriented manner to achieve objectives;
• Be able to show willingness to intervene in case of disappointing results;
• Being able to distance yourself from daily practice to develop a vision of the future.
